The Compost-a-bag® is 100% compostable and biodegradable. Made from a natural starch-based polymer and accredited to EN13432, these bags are suitable for either home composting or industrial composting.

Designed to work in partnership with our 5, 7 and 10 litre Vented Caddy, 47 litre Green Bin, and 60 litre MultiSort, the Compost-a-bag® degrades to carbon dioxide and water when introduced to warm moist conditions, such as a home composter.

Available in different gauges and sizes to suit a range of applications from caddy liners to garden sacks.

Features:

Capture organic waste material at the source and store it without leaking;
Be easily tied at the top to seal the bag for transfer from the kitchen to the outside collection system;
Significantly reduce the odour problem in the external collection system, which many residents complain about when trying to divert food waste;
Different gauges for effective use in ventilated/solid-sided kitchen collectors and larger collection containers;
Optional customised printing for Local Government Authorities or Waste Management Contractors to have their logo printed on the bags and packaging to identify the new waste management initiative within the local community and encourage diversion;
